Social Contribution
医師と知識人の移動を中心に近世東アジアでは中国医学の知識がどのように伝わっていったか、朝鮮通信使、朝鮮燕行使、琉球使節などを資料として研究している。最近ではリール市図書館のロニーコレクションを中心に、教育の面における19世紀のシノロジーとジャポノロジーの開拓者の業績についても関心を持って考察している。
